The Westfield Hockey Club will be rostering all levels this Spring in Union's Spring Hockey league. Most levels will have 1 practice and 1 game per week with most activities at Union.
This registration session will allow you to complete contact information, sign up for participation, and submit payment. Please read through each page carefully to ensure that all information is provided accurately.
To complete registration through our secure site, please have your child's valid USA Hockey registration number and your Visa/MasterCard information available. You may also submit checks.
